1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging Blueseal Cleaning, Property & Training Consultancy Ltd ("Blueseal", "we") for services, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services
Blueseal provides commercial cleaning, property maintenance, training, and consultancy services. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of individual service contracts are set out in separately issued service agreements or proposals. In the event of conflict, the service agreement shall take precedence.
3. Quotations
All quotations issued by Blueseal are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided at the time and may be revised if site conditions or scope differ materially from those described.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in individual service agreements. Where not specified, our standard terms are payment within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations of booked services must be made in writing. Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the agreed service value. For ongoing contracts, the notice period for termination is set out in the relevant service agreement.
6. Liability
Blueseal's liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the value of that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Insurance
Blueseal carries public liability insurance to £5 million and employers' liability insurance as required by law. Certificates are available on request.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Blueseal or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with other users' access to it.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
