Our Story

Built on Operational Integrity

Blueseal was founded in Bristol with a straightforward conviction: that cleaning and property maintenance, done properly, requires the same level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail as any other discipline.

We began as a commercial cleaning contractor serving the Bristol office market. Over the following decade, we expanded into property maintenance — responding to our clients' need for a single, trusted partner who could manage reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and full refurbishments with the same quality and transparency.

The addition of a training and consultancy division was a natural extension. Having built the systems, processes, and expertise to deliver facilities services at scale, we are uniquely positioned to share that knowledge with other operators — through accredited training programmes and strategic consultancy.

Today, Blueseal operates from our Bristol headquarters at Broad Quay House, with active service teams in London, Southampton, and across South Gloucestershire and Somerset.

Over a Decade of Growth

2013
Founded in Bristol
Blueseal was established as a specialist commercial cleaning contractor serving the Bristol office market.
2016
Property Division Launched
Growing demand from clients led to the launch of a dedicated property maintenance division, expanding our offer to include reactive and planned works.
2019
Training & Consultancy Added
Drawing on operational expertise, we launched an accredited training division — delivering IOSH-certified programmes and bespoke consultancy.
2021
National Expansion
Operations extended to London and Southampton, with further coverage in Taunton and Somerset.
