All our operatives are DBS checked, fully trained, and covered under our comprehensive public liability insurance policy. We also carry employers' liability insurance.
Absolutely. We provide one-off deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, post-construction cleans, and regular scheduled contracts for both commercial and domestic clients.
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to minimise disruption to your business or household.
Property Maintenance
We cover a broad range of services including reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, landlord compliance checks, painting and decorating, plumbing, electrical inspections, and full refurbishment projects.
Yes. All trades professionals on our team hold relevant industry certifications. Electrical work is carried out by Part P certified electricians, and gas work by Gas Safe registered engineers.

We aim to respond to emergency call-outs within 4 hours for contract clients and within 24 hours for ad-hoc requests, subject to location and availability.

We accept bank transfer (BACS), card payment via our secure online portal, and direct debit for regular contract clients.
Yes. Registered customers can view, manage and track all bookings, download invoices, and communicate with our team through the customer portal.
Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service value. See our Terms of Service for full details.
